- 2 cups Fresh or frozen corn, defrosted (Non GMO)
- ½ cup Grape tomatoes halved
- ¼ cup Crumbled goat cheese or feta
- ⅛ cup Red onion, finely chopped
- ⅛ cup Basil, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp Balmamic vinegar
